Submission of applications electronically via CAD/email
Fast track plans approval system
Same day inspection service
Building Control Officers contactable by mobile telephone

The Planning Department has three divisions:
Policy

Conservation and Environment
Pre-application discussion helps to improve the quality of submissions and extensive delegation and monthly Committee cycle speeds determination.
